I’m Jane! AKA The Gluten Free Explorer and I am so happy you are here!

I have lived with Coeliac Disease for over 10 years now and IBS about 2 years, so am low Fodmap too.

The Gluten Free Explorer aims to help those who are living with Coeliac Disease and food allergies to find food freedom! Plus resources all things gluten free and free from living.

We will help you with places to eat, gluten free recipes, what gluten free products are out there, a gluten free community and so much more.
